You can withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Fill in the form, press "Continue", then confirm with the code I send to the email address of your order. You get a receipt with the date and time by email.

Walk of Berlin Store order (prints, calendars, printable files)? Enter your name, the order number (a plain number such as 10023) and the email address of the order, press "Continue" and then "Confirm withdrawal". No account, photo, reason or approval is needed. I send an acknowledgement with your statement and the date and time of receipt to the email address of the order straight away. See the Withdrawal notices and model withdrawal form.

Your name Order number Store order: the plain number from your order confirmation, for example 10023. Digital product: it starts with dsr_, aro_, pao_, pmo_, rpo_, blg_, bni_, tppo_ or fdrx_. You find it in the access link of your purchase email, after "order=". You can also paste the whole access link here.
